Sara is a daycare owner, operator and director, trainer, and momma! Sara has her AAS in Early Childhood Education. She has unending passion for children and families and has been in the industry for about 10 years total. 

Nicole spends her days as a head preschool teacher and the co-director of an Early Ed Program. Nicole has her BS in Early Childhood Ed from Bemidji, MN and has a total of 15 years in the industry. Nicole's dedication to not only her family, but the children she serves is something everyone aspires to achieve.

Alissha is a momma to two kiddos. Both of Lish's children have gone through different EC programs, and she has some parent perspective! Lish has her BS in accounting, works for the US Gov't and runs a family business. Lish's perspective helps keep us balanced and having fun!
